Co-Founder & President, Parker Davis is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and licensed NIL marketing manager. He negotiates NFL player contracts and brings deep knowledge of the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, helping clients maximize opportunities while protecting their long-term interests.

A former student-athlete, Parker played point guard at Rollins College while studying Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. He later earned a degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Before launching Dotted Line Sports, Parker gained experience at Rosenhaus Sports Representation and Wasserman, working across NIL marketing and broadcasting representation. He now applies that expertise to provide athletes with strategic guidance, strong advocacy, and full-service support throughout every stage of their careers.

Co-Founder & Director of Marketing, Sully brings a rare combination of athletic leadership, legal training, and real-world branding expertise to Dotted Line Sports.

Sully graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business, where he competed as a student-athlete and earned recognition as a three-time Ping Academic All-American. A three-time team captain, he helped lead the program to its highest national ranking, setting a standard of leadership and excellence both on and off the course.

After completing his undergraduate career, Sully continued his education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor Cum Laude and graduating near the top of his class.

In addition to his academic and athletic accomplishments, Sully has spent the past eight years serving as Vice President at Entertainment Apparel, a company specializing in branding and marketing for souvenir and retail apparel. Through this role, he has developed extensive experience in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and building scalable campaigns that connect with audiences.

With a foundation built on discipline, leadership, and marketing expertise, Sully is committed to helping the next generation of athletes develop their personal brands and maximize NIL opportunities through Dotted Line Sports.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations, Noah is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, bringing strong legal expertise and operational leadership to Dotted Line Sports.

Noah graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing before earning his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, he graduated Magna Cum Laude, ranked in the top 10% of his class, and served as Vice President, reflecting his commitment to excellence and leadership.

Prior to co-founding Dotted Line Sports, Noah spent years representing victims of personal injury at one of the largest personal injury firms in the country. In that role, he successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients and developed a reputation for tireless advocacy, strategic negotiation, and effective use of professional networks.

At Dotted Line Sports, Noah applies his legal background, negotiation skills, and operational insight to protect clients’ interests and ensure the organization delivers best-in-class support at every level.
