Co-founder & President Parker is an NFLPA certified agent,and licensed NIL marketing manager. He can negotiate NFL player's on-field contracts, and has a vast knowledge of the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement, which make up the rules and regulations of the league. He was a student-athlete at Rollins College studying communication, with a concentration in public relations. He also played point guard for the basketball team. After Rollins, he attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C, studying sports industry management. His previous experience includes Rosenhaus Sports Representation and Wasserman. He worked in the NIL marketing division at Rosenhaus finding deals for their clients, and in the broadcasting division at Wasserman. Parker learned all aspects of the business of representation, and is applying that knowledge and passion to Dotted Line Sports.

Co-founder & Director of Marketing Sully graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor of science in International Business. While at Florida Atlantic University he was a student athlete as a 3 time Ping Academic All American. He was also a 3 time team captain, and led the team to their highest National ranking. Following the completion of Florida Atlantic University Sully went on to further his studies at the Nova Southeastern University Shepard College of Law finishing his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude in the top of his class. For the last 8 years on top of his studies and athletic accomplishments Sully has been working at Entertainment Apparel as Vice President. Entertainment Apparel specializes in branding and marketing for souvenir / retail apparel. With the knowledge and experience derived from his Vice President role, Sully is poised to help the next generation of athletes create their own brand with Dotted Line Sports.

Co-Founder and Director of Operations Noah is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where he received  a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. Following his studies at FAU, Noah received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Noah graduated Magna Cum Laude, was in the top 10% of his class, and served as the Vice President. With years of experience representing victims of personal injury at the largest personal injury firm in the country, Noah has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and knows how to utilize his extensive network and negotiating skills to tirelessly advocate for his clients.
